Title: No reliable video from my partner

Hi there,

I can't get a stable video from my partner (and vice versa). Occasionally, we can see each other's videos, but most of the time each of us can only see her own video in the control panel. Both our cameras are active and working.

I'm using TeamViewer 9 with Windows 7, my partner with Windows 8.

Can anybody help?
