Title: The screen cannot be captured at the moment remote desktop to windows 2008 serve
Post by: mritorto on October 16, 2014, 10:07:28 AM
hi everyone

I used remote desktop to install teamviewer 9 on my windows 2008 r2 server.

I installed it for unattend access and the teamviewer service is running but when I try to connect to the server using teamviewer

I get this message

But now I get a message "The screen cannot be captured at the moment. This  ...
...  switching or a disconnected/minimized Remote Desktop session

when I log off the server with remote desktop and I try to connect using teamviewer I get the message that the teamviewer is not running.

I installed the full version on the server too.

I can't seem to find any answer to this on the internet please help me!!!
