Title: Authentication Rejected EVERY TIME

I am UNABLE to connect to my desktop AT ALL for a file transfer!!! I ALWAYS get "Authentication Rejected" EVERY TIME I connect!!! the "Authentication Rejected" error message appears on BOTH computers!!!

try logging for a remote connection first, and then try file exchange from the top menu bar
