Title: TeamViewer INSISTS that files are identical!!!

I am trying to TeamViewer a file transfer a jpg that I modified using photoshop trying to overwrite the one with the mistake. it USUALLY asks if I want to overwrite it but INSTEAD it ALWAYS says "skip identical file" NO MATTER HOW MANY TIMES I TRY!!! IT IS  NOT IDENTICAL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! the date created modified and EVERYTHING is DIFFERENT!!! how do I fix???

try a new name, and then delete the old one, and rename the new one to the name of the old one
