Title: Teamviewer 10 showing offline on Windows XP machine

Hello, I was recently prompted by Teamviewer to upgrade to version 10 on an XP machine. However, since the upgrade the XP machine shows as offline despite the fact the Teamviewer service is running. I can log into the device with LogMein. I have downgraded to version 9, since the issue appeared after upgrading to version 10.
Any idea why this is happening?
