Title: Teamviewer shows vague screen

I run teamviewer on a windows 8.1 machine and use an ipad to control my desktop. Lately teamviewer is acting up. A minute or so after logging onto the desktop the screen will flicker and then it becomes somewhat vague. Another minute or so after that the same thing happens again and the screen becomes more vague. If I do a ctrl-alt-del  the screen will go back to the original clear view.

Also I noticed that when using touch the desktop does not always react, especially while trying to click in chrome. And in chrome the screen keyboard will pop up, I can't disable it permanently.

Any clue how to fix this, especially the problem with the vague screen.
