Title: automatically email ID and Password?

Is there a way to make Quicksupport automatically email the Your ID and Password values to an email address?

It would seem easier if my clients could download and  just run the Quicksupport tool.  The tool would then send me the credentials and I could connect, instead of having the user recite the values to me...

That may well be dangerous I'd reckon....

Have you tried a customised support tool. You just need to get the password then

I'm essentially just looking for an easier way for our clients to convey the ID and password values...
