Title: Teamviewer Premium Meeting - Allow Control
Post by: trevrobwhite on January 29, 2015, 02:55:52 AM
Hi all,
I've recently upgraded to Teamviewer 10 and have a premium account, when running a meeting this morning on Windows XP, my guest arrived (also running teamviewer) and entered via a quick meeting link, all was good, the system showed me as Administrator and presenter, but the option to Allow control for my guest was not there.

I was resorted to using a remote control session which wasn't ideal.

I tried closing and reopening the meeting but had the same issue.

Why would this happen?
