Title: Management Console, How to monitor random sessions

We have "only" 3 licenses, but have random users that make use of these licenses simultaneously for customer support.
I want to be able to monitor the amount of sessions, and the sessions that failed because of the license amount limit.
Is this possible within the management console. But this has to be done without registering all users in the console,
and without much or no effort from my users.

Also I received, from Sales, a mail about our license limit. I disabled this by accident but wan't to receive these mails again.
Is it possible to enable this again myself.

Regarding the email, i would either post one the Facebook page or email support directly regarding the issue.
This is a consumer driven forum/support site and technical account issue like that aren't or cant be addressed bu any of us.
