Title: Not Connecting

Hi,

I have used Team viewer for some time, however, i am currently at a loss.  I am trying to connect to my PC from my Mac.

team viewer shows that my PC is online, however, when i try to connect, it says connecting but does not actually connect. the status return to ready to connect but does nothing else?

has anyone else come across this before?

sometimes when I get this, trying to connect a again creates a 'second' connection that works, even though the first connection isn't visible
