Title: FILE Transfer WINDOW

Hi,
 ???
I m having a probleam in Team V. Sudently, when I try to remote my brother computer, it shows the File transfer Window, and I do not know how to stop it. Cant see the remote DESKTOP of my bro´s PC!

What can I do ?  :(  :-\

so what happens if you just hit the close button, log off and then relog on?

thanks for your help.
Well, if I close the window, and log off,
when log on again in the remote show same window all the time, still cant see the Desktop of my Bro´s PC  :(

What happens when you close this window on your brother's computer, not on your computer?

Well, He says he clodse the window, and then still same. But, when he restarts the PC still same.

I had the exact same issue - every time I would connect to a remote computer running TeamViewer 10, only the File Transfer window would appear. If I used TeamViewer 9, it would connect normally. It turns out there is a radio button I had inexplicably (and embarrassingly) overlooked which says "File Transfer" right below the connection dialog (screenshot posted here: http://imgur.com/qBX9E35 as forum attachment function was not working: "Cannot access attachments upload path!"). Simply changing this from "File Transfer" to "Remote Control" cleared up the problem.
