Title: Issue to screen

Hi everybody
when I try to connect I got this write:
The screen can not be gained at this time. This' is due to a rapid communication user.....
What do I do?

Wait a few moments / minutes

This is normal if you are TV connecting to a Windows desktop OS (XP, Win 7, 8 or 8.1) and there is some other user attached via remote desktop to that same machine.
The machine is probably asking for permission from whomever is logged in...
