Title: Get Teamviewer out of non-Teamviewer programs

I have discovered Teamviewer controls are inserted into my Thunderbird email client and Firefox browser. 
Ugh. 
How do I get it out?

Just go to TV [Options][Advanced][QuickConnect Button][Configure].

Either turn it off for all app windows - or else just add Thunderbird and Firefox to the exception list.
