Using Free version, lastest update. VOIP worked fine for many months. Yesterday, particpant cud not hear me, I could hear him
Audio settings my end, ok. Mute/Unmute ok.
I suspect problem is on participants end, but his audio parameters appear to be ok
Running Win 7 Pro, SP1 64 bitboth ends.

is the other end updated to latest teamviewer?

Check the noise threshold in the audio options. That should be set to automatic, or something very low (left = low). If it's set too high it'll filter out too much.
