Title: Remote client "Not ready. Please check your connection"

I've been running TV since version 7. My daughter and I haven't used it for a year or so. Installed the new version 10. I try to connect to my daughter's computer but she says the remote TV client keeps saying "Not ready. Please check your connection". Don't know if it's because we haven't used it in awhile or if it's the new TV version.

On my end, my PC as the host, everything is fine.

We both have Win7 machines. Mine a 64bit her's a 32 bit.

Never had this problem before never needed any setup. Just installed Version 7 and it ran fine for years.

Any suggestions?

keep trying.
I find that connections that don't work now, will often work later

Alternate is to 'swap sides'
