Hi,
Is there a way to remotely log out from Teamviewer?
I want to log out of a computer that I no longer have physical access to (and don't have the remote log-in password). This computer is currently set to run Teamviewer on start up and automatically log in. I would want to also prevent the automatic log in next time the computer is started.

Only way I know how is to do it from within a connection or from the remote machine if you can talk someone through it.
I really, really recommend that you ONLY log-in at the computer that you sit at, and never at the other end - if nothing else it avoids this situation.

What about changing my password? Will this prevent the automatic log in from happening?

Yep
The ones set to automatic will need your new password to log in. Teamviewer will work fine for them, and there should be any implications about lock out etc.
