Dear Colleagues,
I am running team viewer 9.0.24337.
Every thing was smooth but one day when I tried to connect my remote PC I got the message of Authentication rejected. I wonder that I did not make any change on either end why I am getting this message? Can anyone help me in this regard?
Now I can not connect my two old remote PCs where bott are giving same message "Authentication rejected" I can see both are online in my account.
I checked with another new remote computer its working but not with my previous two old remote PCs

could be an issue of outdated teamviewer software on the old remote systems.
check and update teamviewer see if that resolves it.

Thanks for ur suggestion. I will check if update is possible on other end.
Because of updating problems I specifically using same versions on both computers and still it has issue…its strange!
