Title: App for Windows Phone 8

Hello to everybody,

I need to give remote assistance to a friend with her Nokia Lumia phone. In Teamviewer's website I saw an application that should install onto her Windows phone BUT I am not sure whether that app is intended only to control a remote PC from a smartphone (which I don't need) or it is possible to control a remote smartphone from the PC (my case).

Anybody knows?...

not possible (currently) to control windows phones from a remote computer.

It is possible to control iOS and Android from a remote computer. These are only fairly new developments, so maybe Windows phone is on the to-do list for them

Matt, thank you so much for your FAST reply!  :) So I will have to wait for further improvements from TeamViewer, I hope it would not take too much...

Can I dare ask you to look to my only previous post?...  ::)  :-[ It had no replies so far, although (I heard) it concerns an issues reported by several people out there... thank you!
