Good day all. I have Teamviewer 10 installed on several of my laptops. On only one of them, coincidentally the only one running windows 8.1, I am unable to install the printer driver. Each time I try I get the following error message: "Operation could not be completed (error 0x00000002). The system cannot find the file specified."
I've checked the log files and really get no indication of exactly what file it's talking about. Anyone run across this issue and have any suggestions?

It's probably a permissions thing
Have you tried running the installer as an Admin user? That may mean starting Teamviewer as Admin, or certainly from within an admin profile
