Issue with FREE versions 9 and 10 (installed/portable).
NOTE: It is happening for all machines in my local network (but connection establishes for machine not in my network). So, I suspect that it is something with my network/internet provider.
Description:
1. Connection establishes fine and with good quality.
2. After some (RANDOM) period of time screen just freezes (not moving at all) and I need to reconnect.
Findings:
1. It is happening for both incoming and outcoming connections.
2. Usually after each next reconnection it freezes faster (Ex. 15 minutes -> 2 minutes -> less then minute to next freeze).
Not even sure where to start for troubleshooting.
Can anyone help ?

could be something like http://www.netlimiter.com/ or http://bandwidthcontroller.com/index.html or some edge device in your network.
These type of things will slow unknown connections to a crawl.
This is one to combat illegal downloads on a corporate network for instance.
Check with your network admin at that location

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Traffic_shaping
there are some software mentioned at the bottom that can test for this

Matt, thanks for your reply.
Actually, as I know, my internal internet provider using some traffic shaping tool.
The reason is about cost of internet (to decrease speed for cheaper plans).
But, speed is fast - up to 40 Mbits.
Can this be a reason for my issue even with so big speed of internet ?

Yep
