I took a mac from a co worker and they cloned it to their new one, and now the ids are conflicting and I cannot connect to anything. I need the id changed, but on this new version of team viewer none of the programs and methods availible on the internet I normally use have been working. Team Viewer support has been nonexistant since I'm only a private user and they most likely don't care (made two tickets no response)
Has anyone had success doing this with the latest version of team viewer?

try removing teamviewer, including all data and then reinstalling

I wish that worked. I have tried removing the team viewer preference file, and uninstalling team viewer with the option to delete all files checked. then i reboot, re install and then the same result. id never changes.
