Title: 2 accounts per one PC

Is it possible for me to do as follows?   
That is, Windows 8.1 as host, while, Ubuntu as guest.   
I intend to use the virtual box so that I can operate Ubuntu. Besides I download Ubuntu for Linux.   
   
But I am concerned about one IP address is one PC. I wonder if I can have two accounts for Windows and   
 Ubuntu per one PC.   
Looking forward to having your advice.
