Title: Protocol error while trying to access to another user on the same machine

Hi,


we've got 4 Windows 2012 servers and our users connect to this servers through Remote Desktop Services.

I've seen that I can only use Teamviewer to give support to users located in the other 3 servers, but if try to connect to a user working on the same server I am, I get a negotation protocol error :-(

Can someone help me.

We just bought some Teamviewer licenses and now we're facing this important issue.

I don't think that TV does what you want to the same machine

can you start logged onto another machine?
