Hi, not sure if i'm posting in the right place i apologise if i am not
Team Viewer access is not available at clients house, get waiting for connection failed response.
Internet connection is available and possible.
However when the computer was brought back to the office and connected to our network, the computer can be accessed no problem
Any help would be highly appreciated

It could be that the necessary ports are blocked to the internet from the house...
How do they connect to the internet?
Is there a high-tech home user that may have blocked certain traffic (easily done with something like OpenDNS)
