Title: why does TV randomly disconnect when the camera is on?

So I keep an eye on my son who does home school. since we have upgraded both my laptop and his desktop to windows 10 we are getting an issue. When I have team viewer up and the camera on TV will randomly disconnect. now this could be a sullen preteen disconnecting it and then telling me he didn't do it but he seem adamant that he not doing that. 
Is anyone else having this issue or knows how to determine if it an actual issue or just a lying son?

check your logs (or the teen's logs) and see if you can see a disconnection

It could also be a bandwidth issue, where the bandwidth used by the camera is such that it overloads the network connection temporarily and it just drops and then restarts the connection
