Title: The Device Cannot Be Reached Directly and no Neighbor is Available

I have a home netowork and have used Wake On Lan successfully for some time. But in the past few weeks it suddenly stopped working, giving me an error and the title of this thread! As far as I am aware nothing changed but for some reason I am getting the above error message now. Does anyone have any clue as to what is going on?
