Title: Command-Tab from PC to Mac

I've found I can successfully use the Windows key on the keyboard as a Command key for the remote Mac. But only certain commands seem to work. I can, for example, type Windows-N to issue a Command-N to Mail on the Mac, and a new message window will appear. But Command-Tab doesn't work. Is there a trick to get this to work? I do have "Send key combinations" checked.
