Title: Reset Failed Login Counter(?)

Using the weblogin, I am getting this error: "ConnectionThreadEvent fatal error: Connection blocked because of multiple failed logins."

My user kept giving me the wrong password. When I finally had them just send me a picture of the screen, now I can't connect and this message is in the log file. I've seen other, almost related posts where it says wait XX seconds, but this is the all of the message. Any idea how to get past this?
