Title: QS Add on for Remote Access of Matricom G-Box Q From Mac

Hi,

Currently I have the ability to connect to the G-Box Q from my Mac, but I cannot gain remote access.  Does anyone know the QS Add on that will facilitate this? Or how it is done...

Just wondering if you ever figured out this problem.  I too am having the exact same problem.  I am able to remotely connect to my Gbox-Q and do file transfer and look at the system info.  But I am unable to remotely control the Gbox-Q from my MAC or Windows computers.  On other devices I connect perfectly with no problems.  But on the Gbox-Q box the TAB Button that says Remote Control is missing.  The only Tab in the upper left corner of the screen says File Transfer.

I came across your question and it my exact question.  From reviewing this site it dose not look like a lot of people reply to the posts.  I can see that it has been read 74 times but no reply's.

Let me know if you figured it out and I will do the same.
