Ever since v.11 I cannot sign in to my account. I get an error that the server did not respond

I can sign in on my portables and the web login. I can connect to users who's ID I know.
I just cannot sign in.
Any ideas?

port blocking of the sign in process at your firewall perhaps

Teamviewer and service were already allowed in windows firewall. I added all the other exe files in TV folder - no change.

I also am not able to log in. This started to happen after I updated to version 11.0.53254. I have used an older v11 (and the beta v11) without any issues until updating to 11.0.53254. My firewall settings, etc. allow TeamViewer to pass through.

Same thing is happening to me as well. TV has been working fine for months, now it can't login. Nothing else has changed.

I concur. It is working for me now. It must have been their server.

I am having the same issue this morning -- I cannot sign in to the server. >:(
