Title: QS Huawei Android Add-On

The QS Huawei Add-On required for Remote Control (The PC running the Screen & Keyboard & Mouse from Huawei) isn't available tonight.
There was an message about it not being available in my country (USA).   Does this depend on another APK?   Can it be loaded from a file?   
Any recurring method getting Remote Control working with Android Huawei?   How about just a PC pointer to with tiny Huawei keyboard?
Seems like it is out of my league...   I tried...

Downloading the qs Huawei add-on apk  itself worked.  So TeamViewer is Remote Control seem to be working.
