Title: What am I doing wrong???

I tried to set up Teamviewer 11 full version remotely on a friend's computer.  After I got on her computer I tried to set up remote access.  I messed something up because her computer was trying to log onto mine!!!  Do I have to start over again?  I just want access to her computer to help her.   :(

If you want to log onto her computer, you should start the connection from your computer and enter the details of her computer (ID + Password), or if you already have a connection the other way you can always swap sides.
