Hi All
Pretty new to Teamviewer so not sure how to sort this. An IT guy setup access to my Laptop via Teamviewer and showed me the basics. What he did was setup unattended access to my laptop and home desktop by adding the computers into his account, so that when I was out to work he could log in and sort a few problems for me. This was great at the time but since then he has become less reliable and less trustworthly. Is there a way I can block his access or remove my computers from his account?
Sorry if this is a silly question but I'm a little owrried he could cause trouble with the computers.
Thanks in advance for any help.

Best bet would be to completely uninstall teamviewer, including all settings
If you use teamviewer, then perhaps re-install it.
You should also be able to change passwords and such from the options menu. Without the password he won't connect.

Thanks Matt, I'll try that. Thought there might be a way just to block a username.

If you know his Teamviewer ID or the IP address that he connects from, you can do that.
Just change the stored password
