Title: Remote printing - appears on queue and then disappears

Hello,

I am using teamviewer 11 and am having a strange problem with just 2-3 programs.  When I remote print from these few programs, I see the file spool from the remote machine to the local computer and queue up.  The job then disappears from the print job list, but the job doesn't actually print.  My other programs work.

I have tried disabling UDP and the problem remains.

Any ideas?

Try ending the printer task on remote computer and then restart the explorer.exe on remote PC. If problem persists then read on.

On the remote Computer, open TeamViewer , go to Extras/Options /Advanced,look at the bottom of Advanced Options, uncheck "Use UDP (recommended)", and then restart  the remote windows PC.

Your problem will be solved.

That worked ... pit its not in the manual.
