Title: can't access a PC even if I see it on my account, says wrong password or denied
Post by: freefrench on January 18, 2016, 10:16:37 AM
Hello,

I have 2 PC in my house (1 desktop and 1 laptop) and I like to access the desktop from the laptop with teamviewer.

I have a teamviewer account (private) and I see the 2 PCs on the right column in teamviewer.

My laptop has a randow teamviewer password but my desktop has a "-" instead of the password.

When I go in the settings of the Desktop PC (the one I want to have access to) and I set a password, when I later try this password on the "client" laptop PC, it says "identification denied".

What should I do?
Will uninstalling and reinstalling teamviewer on the "server" Desktop PC help?

Thanks a lot,

You also need to allow a saved password in the settings
