Title: Optimizing bandwidth - Reducing Latency

I have an application where I need to monitor a remote PC screen via an HD cam running 640x360. The image on the screen is frequently refreshed and I need to view as close to real time as the Internet latency will permit. No audio is exchanged ... just a simple screen. Both the sever being monitored and the remote laptop are Windows 7.

Any suggestions on features or functionality I may be able to disable to decrease bandwidth and latency?
