Title: Teamviewer installation fails

I previously installed Teamviewer10(Fedora 22)and uninstalled it. Now, I tried to install teamviewer8 and it throws this error. How to proceed?

error: unpacking of archive failed on file /etc/teamviewer: cpio: rename
error: teamviewer-8.0.20931-1.i686: install failed
