Title: Cannot connect to XP computer from windows 10. Can vise versa.

Hello,

I have same version of team viewer on a windows 10 and also a windows xp laptop.
I can use the windows xp laptop to control my windows 10 laptop
I cannot however use my windows 10 to control the xp. It says connection could not be established because partner could not be contacted.

I've tried in all 3 methods,
ID and Password, Through teamviewer account, and through local ip address connection.

Both computers on the same local network. Windows firewall disabled on both.

Anyone got any ideas?

Ok,
Don't worry, it works now.

I restarted the computer, it installed some updates and now it works...
