I was using Teamviewer 11 personal to connect a remote computer for a while, and suddenly I got the warning "Not ready. Please check your connection" on that computer which is obviously still connected to the internet.
I've tried uninstall and reinstall the latest Teamviewer 11 for personal, and it didn't work.
May I ask why Teamviewer suddenly lost the connection and how to solve this problem?

I never had this problem before TV 11 now when guest wireless connection requires re-login cannot restart TV (does not seed Your ID, PW) and get the error "Not ready. Please check your connection" and stays red... Only solution restarting Windows 7 laptop.
