Title: Teamviewer 11 on Windows 10 - Rollback Framework Error

Hello!  I had uninstalled an old version of Teamviewer and attempted to reinstall Teamviewer 11 on my Windows 10 laptop.  When I did so, I got the error that the Rollback Framework could not be initialized and aborted the installation.

I later tried to "Run as Administrator" and the same error occurred.

I've tried Google and Bing searches to see if others have had this problem. The "Run as Administrator" was the suggested solution from about a year ago.

What solution do you see in that link?  Nothing there except how to download teamviewer( from a google drive account which is questionable at best) and a link to the playstore app.
