Title: TV 10 & 11 can remote control machines cant host presentations

I have tried v9, v10, and a full trial lic of v11. I am able to remote control all of my machines at this point but unable to get a remote machine to join a presentation or video call. I am using Win 7 Pro 64 bit. My lic is v10 Premium. Remote machines get the invitation to join but when they click accept the connection either drops and says meeting over or it shows the connecting screen for an extended period. This has been ongoing since Nov and TV support and developers have been unable to resolve this problem even after receiving multiple support collector results.

Any suggestions? Thank you.

Some sort of network filtering at the end where you are doing the presentation from?
Perhaps check with the network admin there..
