Hello all,
I have a problem with my Teamviewer 6, you see, when i reboot my pc the teamviewer's 'my computers' password field is empty, i have scanned through the logs and nothing from the last login could show me that something removed it/crashed.
I have had this problem for a few days now, i tried everything (restarting teamviewer, filling in the password again in hopes that it stays, checking remember me, remember my password and sign me in automaticly) but all options lead to the same thing, the password is gone after rebooting or restarting teamviewer, i understand that this is not a offical support forums but i would still like your help in this.
(PS i use TV6 for a company)

may want to try updating the teamviewer software, its on version 11
-
We cant, as i said we use a company license, thus we need to buy a new one if we want to
-
Try running Teamviewer as 'Administartor' before saving your password
-
If all things fail, try to uninstall TeamViewer and reinstall.
-
No success, anything other ideas?
-
Just to be sure, exactly which password, when and where does it fail?
Screen shot would be nice if you can...
-
i cant post a screen shot but when you start teamviewer (any) you have the friends/computer list yeah?
