Title: Teamviewer not running on partner computer

I'm a casual user and sometimes need to connect to my office from my home and vice-versa. Everything has been working fine for a while I now find that although I can connect from my home to my office I can't ever connect from my office to my home - I get the message "Teamviewer not running on partner computer". Home is Windows 10 (recently upgraded) and Office is Windows 7. Any suggestions?

The Network Admin at work has likely banned outgoing Teamviewer connections
