I'm a casual user and sometimes need to connect to my office from my home and vice-versa. Everything has been working fine for a while I now find that although I can connect from my home to my office I can't ever connect from my office to my home - I get the message "Teamviewer not running on partner computer". Home is Windows 10 (recently upgraded) and Office is Windows 7. Any suggestions?
