Title: Can't connect directly without 3rd pc/partner/neighbor connected.

I have one desktop connected through Lan to a router and three latops connected to the same  router wirelessly. I have teamviewer installed on all, to the same teamviewer account. My problem is only one laptop, I'll call it Laptop A, can wake the computer up from sleep/shutdown directly. My other two laptops (B & C) can only connect/wake the desktop up if  Laptop A is on/connected. Every time I try I get "The Device Cannot Be Reached Directly and no Neighbor is Available"

Desktop is used solely for streaming video, So like to be able to wake it, regardless of what laptop/device Im using.
