Title: Teamviewer can't connect. Please check your internet settings
Post by: yoshithemajor on June 01, 2016, 10:57:57 AM
Hey there,
I have used teamviewer for the longest time. Unfortunately, teamviewer has hit the bummer today. I mean that the computer is connected and everything, but it won't connect to the teamviewer services. A link with the screenshot can be found here: https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B2zWT1xbcQsfajUwdTRfRF9oQnhvRkxwcXZtUG1KUTlfamtF/view?usp=sharing. The problem started persisting today (with today being 6/1/16) and, no matter what I do, it won't get fixed. Restarting and disabling my antivirus (360 Total Security) didn't help. I need help ASAP
Sincerely,
yoshithemajor

Hi yoshithemajor,

We experienced an outage on Wednesday. All services are up and running again, although there still may be some issues in some regions. It may take some time until all regions are back to regular service. You will find more info on the outage here: http://www.teamviewer.com/en/company/press/statement-on-service-outage/

We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

Best regards,
Fabian
