Title: Problem activating device

I tried to log onto my account to change my password.   

And I get " Device successfully added to your trusted devices."  after checking email and clicking on the link

However when I try to log back in I get the "This device is not activated" 

I have tried chrome and IE

I got it, apparently it takes about ten minutes to activate.
