Title: Problems with audio when converting a TeamViewer session into avi video output
Post by: JanVanek on June 15, 2016, 08:12:39 AM
Hi all, there are dropouts in audio after converting a TVS session into AVI file using any of the available codecs. Do you have the same experience? Any idea what is the reason? We need to work with these videos but it is totally useless for us, currently.
Thanks, Jan

I'm also having this issue with the audio.  The audio is OK when I view the TVS video from within TeamViewer, but when I convert it to AVI there is no sound.  I've followed several inks on other converters but have not found one that currently converts TVS files. I'm using Windows 10.

Did you ever find a solution to the sound issue??

Did anyone get any solutions around this?

You can use this h264 to avi converter (http://www.videoconverterfactory.com/tips/h264-to-avi.html) to convert the videos. I think the reason for the problem is that the audio codec isn't compatible.
