I have two Android devices, a Galaxy Note which can and does connect to my PC at home, and a Galaxy Tab S2 which gives the above message a minute later.
From this I deduce that the problem is with my Android device, not my home PC. But at that point, inspiration fails me.
I should welcome advice how to fix this.

check the TV version on tablet
Also, it could be that whatever internet connection you use from your TABLET is blocking teamviewer
