Hi, i have this weird connection on teamviewer. It says please check your connection even though i have a working internet, infact the teamviewer itself can check for the latest version of the product. I even download the newest version and install it right away but it doesn't fix the issue. Tried reinstalling and it works again but once i reboot it brings back the problem. I tried restarting the teamviewer service and it still doesn't work, tried using another teamviewer on my laptop under the same network and it works just fine.
Any thoughts?

sounds to me like the network admin at your location has blocked teamviewer connections

Connect your teamviewer via another device it will fix the problem till next restart. You can use a smartphone if you have it.
