Hi, I am trying to remote help my mother on her android phone, I am having a issue, when I connect everything is fine as lond as the phone is on the quick support chat screen, the minute I minimize that to help her with her settings the connection is lost. when the chat screen is brought back up the connection is restored. any ideas? thanks
